ZRP Probes Suspected Murder After Woman’s Body Found in New Magwegwe

Police in Bulawayo are investigating a suspected murder after the body of a woman was found floating in a stream in New Magwegwe on 26 July.
The Zimbabwe Republic Police confirmed that the victim, who has not yet been identified, had visible bruises on her face and a swollen left eye, raising suspicions of foul play.
She was found partially dressed in a checked white, red, and black dress, and had no shoes on.
Authorities say investigations are ongoing, and they are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist.
Anyone who may know the identity of the woman or what happened is encouraged to report to the nearest police station.
