The stage is set for an exciting finish to the National Premier League (NPL) T20 Blast as the top four teams for the 2025/26 playoffs have been confirmed.
Rimuka finished the round-robin stage on top after a solid 24-run win over Gladiators in Kadoma on Sunday. Both teams ended level on 10 points, with five wins and two losses each, but Rimuka’s stronger net run rate gave them the edge.
The two sides will now clash again in Qualifier 1, with the winner booking a direct ticket to the grand final. Takashinga Patriots 1 and Amakhosi 1, who finished third and fourth, will meet in the Eliminator after Amakhosi’s six-wicket victory in Masvingo last weekend.
The loser of Qualifier 1 will face the Eliminator winner for the remaining final spot.
Defending champions SOGO Rangers and Takashinga Patriots 2 have been knocked out of the competition alongside Queens and Alexandra.
