Terreso turns to his assistants

Nilton Terreso the new man in charge at Bulawayo Chiefs says his charges are ready for their Saturday clash against Chicken Inn in the on going Chibuku Super Cup mini league stage competition.

Speaking on the sidelines of a Chiefs press conference on Thursday , the Ninjas coach said his assistants Farai Tawachera and Mark Mathe have quickly brought him up to speed with the Zimbabwean game.

Turning to his personal targets, Terreso said he hopes to create national team players from the diamonds in the rough that he found at this ambitious side.

“My personal target as a coach and most important for me is to develop this team and get them to the objectives and goals that we have. Nothing will make me happier than seeing the players moving to higher levels .For example in the future i am seeing the Chiefs team having more players representing at national level and joining the Warriors”.

The new Ninja availed a new addition to the technical team ,in the form of fitness coach Pouria Jarrahi .

” He has expert knowledge in exercise physiology , it is something we look forward to developing this team. His expertise will be beneficial to us all.”

Jarrahi speaking at the same occasion said he will prioritise to follow habit and adapt to changes inorder to yield greater results.

Terresso is mandated to lead Chiefs to their maiden premier league title. The Ninjas also hope to represent Zimbabwe in the Caf club competitions.
