Minister Mutswanga endorses campus radio stations

The Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting, Hon Monica Mutswanga has applauded the Transmedia Corporation Board of directors for fulfilling the requirements of Section 33(4) of the Public Entities Corporate Governance Act and urged them to ensure a conducive industrial climate is cultivated.
Minister Mutswanga applauded Transmedia for the operationalization of campus radio stations, carrying out network maintainance and ensuring all projects run under the set 100 day cycle.
She applauded them for installation of commercial radio station transmitters, among other achievements.
She added that the board had the task to continue to search for business growth opportunities and ensure that no place is left behind in terms of access to information and the digital economy
Transmedia was brought to existence primarily to provide radio and television signal delivery services.
