The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) has announced new fuel prices effective 4 June 2025, reflecting a slight reduction in diesel prices and a marginal increase in petrol (blend).

According to the latest review, Diesel now costs US$1.50 per litre, down from US$1.52 in May. On the other hand, Blend–E20 has increased from US$1.53 to US$1.54 per litre.

In local currency, the maximum price for Diesel is ZWL$40.49 per litre, while Blend–E20 is pegged at ZWL$41.38 per litre.

These prices will remain in effect until 4 July 2025 and are based on the M-1 formula. The blending ratio remains at E20. ZERA noted that operators are permitted to sell below the stated prices based on their trading advantages, provided prices are clearly displayed as required by law.

The public can verify official fuel price updates through ZERA’s website or social media platforms.
