The ZIFA Appeals Committee has ruled in favour of Kwekwe Queens, awarding them three points and a 3–0 win over Herentals Queens in a disputed Women’s Premier Soccer League fixture originally set for April 26.

The decision comes after Herentals Queens, the reigning league champions, were found guilty of multiple violations, including a last-minute venue change. As a result, they have been fined US$700.

The Appeals Committee set aside an earlier order for a replay and upheld Kwekwe Queens’ appeal, bringing a close to the long-running dispute.

The ruling is expected to affect the league standings, potentially altering the title race dynamics in the Women’s Premier Soccer League.
