Bulawayo Eats to Host Inaugural Food Industry Awards in November

Bulawayo Eats, the city’s growing food delivery platform, has announced the launch of its first-ever Bulawayo Eats Awards, a celebration of excellence in the local food and hospitality industry.
The prestigious awards ceremony is set for Saturday, 22 November 2025, at Kings Kraal in Bulawayo.
The event will honour outstanding performers across multiple categories, including Restaurant of the Year, Takeaway of the Year, Chef of the Year, Best Traditional Cuisine, Best Braai Spot, and more.
With over 50 restaurant partners and a user base of more than 7,000, Bulawayo Eats is leveraging its success to shine a spotlight on the people and businesses behind the city’s vibrant culinary scene.
Project Manager S. Mhlanga expressed that the Bulawayo Eats Awards go beyond simply acknowledging excellence, they are a tribute to the dedication, creativity, and strength of the individuals driving the city’s food and hospitality industry.
