Zimbabwe Cricket has unveiled a youthful 15-member Zimbabwe Women’s squad for a landmark white-ball tour of Pakistan, as part of preparations for the ICC Women’s Championship 2025–2029.

The team will travel to Karachi for their first-ever tour of Pakistan, where they are scheduled to play six matches at the National Bank Stadium. The series includes three One-Day Internationals on May 3, 6 and 9, followed by three T20 Internationals on May 12, 14 and 15.

Selectors have leaned towards youth, handing opportunities to several emerging players as part of a long-term squad-building strategy.

Experienced bowler Nomvelo Sibanda captains the side, with all-rounder Precious Marange adding senior leadership within the group.

The squad comprises Nomvelo Sibanda (captain), Beloved Biza, Olinder Chare, Kudzai Chigora, Melinda Kachingwe, Lindokuhle Mabhera, Precious Marange, Michelle Mavunga, Natasha Mtomba, Christina Mutasa, Vimbai Mutungwindu, Kelis Ndhlovu, Kelly Ndiraya, Runyararo Pasipanodya and Adel Zimunu.

The tour is expected to give the young side valuable international exposure in subcontinent conditions.
