Arsenal have been crowned 2025/26 Premier League champions after Manchester City were held to a 1-1 draw by AFC Bournemouth on Tuesday night.

The result ended Arsenal’s 22-year wait for an English top-flight title and confirmed the club’s 14th league crown under manager Mikel Arteta.

City needed a win to keep the title race alive, but Bournemouth took the lead through Junior Kroupi before Erling Haaland scored a late equaliser that was not enough to stop Arsenal from sealing the championship.

Arsenal last won the Premier League during the famous 2003/04 “Invincibles” season under Arsène Wenger.

The London club has impressed throughout the season with consistent performances from players including Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice and Kai Havertz.

Arsenal will face Crystal Palace in their final league match before turning attention to the UEFA Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain F.C. on 30 May.
