Tripartite Negotiating Forum (TNF) Engages in Strategic Planning Workshop kicks off in Victoria Falls

In a significant development, the Tripartite Negotiating Forum (TNF) commenced its Strategic Planning Workshop yesterday in Victoria Falls, attracting representatives from diverse Government Ministries and distinguished international guests.

The (TNF), recognized as a forum for open discussions and collaborative efforts, discussed critical issues impacting the nation during this workshop.

Finance, Economic Development, and Investment Promotion Minister Professor Mthuli Ncube emphasized the workshop’s significance in fostering transparent communication and collective action. He highlighted that the (TNF) Strategic Planning Workshop serves as a pivotal platform for addressing the challenges faced by the nation through open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.

“The Tripartite Negotiating Forum Strategic Planning Workshop is vital for talking openly and working together,” stated Minister Mthuli Ncube, underlining the importance of collaboration in finding solutions.

Honourable July Moyo, Minister of Public Service, Labour, and Social Welfare, echoed the call for unity in addressing the nation’s multifaceted challenges. He emphasized the need for collaborative efforts to overcome the hurdles faced by the country.

“We need to work together to solve the many challenges our nation faces,” expressed Honourable July Moyo, stressing the importance of collective action.

Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions president Florence Taruvinga shared the perspective of ensuring fair treatment, just compensation, and a secure working environment for the national workforce. This underscores the commitment to the welfare of workers in the country.

“Our aim is to make sure workers in the country are treated fairly, paid justly, and have a safe workplace,” affirmed Florence Taruvinga, emphasizing the focus on workers’ rights and well-being.

The (TNF) Strategic Planning Workshop engaged in diverse discussions, reflecting the commitment of participants to shape a more equitable and prosperous future for the nation. The deliberations showcased the dedication of the TNF in addressing critical issues through collaborative efforts and open dialogue.
