LuckyBets Honours Matchday 13 Top Performers

LuckyBets has honoured nine players with its Castle Lager Premier Soccer League Player of the Match awards following standout performances during Matchday 13 fixtures played across the country over the weekend.

FC Platinum’s Oscar Bhebhe was recognised after helping his side secure a narrow 1-0 victory over Chicken Inn, while Neliswa Dlamini inspired Hardrock FC to a 2-0 win against Bulawayo Chiefs with a dominant midfield display and a goal.

Liberty Masvaure earned the award after scoring the winner in Manica Diamonds’ 2-1 comeback victory over TelOne, as ZPC Kariba goalkeeper Future Sibanda was rewarded for a strong performance in a goalless draw against Scottland FC, registering his seventh clean sheet of the season.

Terrence Daka also claimed the accolade after guiding Agama FC to their first win of the campaign with a 1-0 victory over FC Hunters. Teenage forward Cole Tsamba completed the Saturday winners after scoring a late equaliser for Simba Bhora in a 1-1 draw against CAPS United.

On Sunday, Dynamos defender Christopher Nettey was recognised after scoring in his side’s commanding 3-0 win over Triangle United. Ralph Kawondera continued his fine scoring form for Herentals, netting the decisive goal in a 1-0 victory over MWOS FC to maintain his lead in the Golden Boot race with eight goals.

Highlanders midfielder Darlington Mukuli completed the list of winners following an influential display in a goalless draw against Ngezi Platinum Stars at Barbourfields Stadium on Saturday.

The LuckyBets Player of the match awards, were officially introduced this weekend to recognise outstanding individual performances across the league, with the winners of the award getting to walk away with US$200 on each matchday.
