ZIFA Secures US$120K Sponsorship Boost

Zimbabwe’s national football teams are set to receive a boost in resources and player welfare after the Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) confirmed a new US$120,000 sponsorship agreement with ProBottlers.

Under the deal, ProBottlers will supply water and energy drinks to all national teams, including the Warriors, Mighty Warriors and junior sides. as well as support ZIFA’s grassroots programmes.

ZIFA President Nqobile Magwizi, quoted by ZIFA Media, said the partnership will strengthen the association’s ability to prepare and compete at the highest level, adding that it reflects growing corporate confidence in Zimbabwean football.

ProBottlers Managing Director Rory Harley stated that the company is proud to support national teams and youth development through improved player hydration.

The agreement follows ZIFA’s recent launch of the BancABC Roots Impact Programme and a separate sponsorship deal with Ecobank ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
