Highlanders returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Hunters at Barbourfields Stadium on Sunday, climbing to seventh place in the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League standings.

Bosso secured the win through goals from Malvern Sibanda and Benjamin Odeyugun, with a goal in each half helping the Bulawayo giants collect maximum points.

Elsewhere, Caps United surrendered top spot after a 2-0 defeat to Scottland at the National Sports Stadium. Knowledge Musona opened the scoring before Panashe Mutimbanyoka added a second early in the second half.

The result saw Caps United drop to fourth place, while Scottland moved up to second. Hardrock lead the standings following their victory on Saturday.

In other matches, Agama beat TelOne 1-0, ZPC Kariba defeated Chicken Inn by the same scoreline, FC Platinum lost 1-0 to Herentals, while Simba Bhora and Triangle United shared the points in a 1-1 draw.
