Bulawayo Woman Nominated for Global Awards.

Jennifer Ndlovu from Bulawayo has been nominated in the 2023 Women Changing the World Global Awards in the Women in Technology and Women in Corporate categories.
Speaking to our reporter Ndlovu who is known for a career in Salesforce Technology said she is honored to be nominated for these global awards.
“I am excited and nervous at the same time because this has never happened and i never dreamed that it will happen. It is an honor that i was actually recognised for these two categories and it is sad that this recognition is coming internationally which is why i really wish that the nation could actually benefit from what other people are benefitting from.”
Ndlovu also said she is committed to continuing to make an impact through her work and her vision for the future is to inspire other women in and around her community that there is always hope and that technology can be a game changer.
“I am affirmation of this and I have a story to tell the world. Women are underrepresented in technology and it is time to change this, especially for my beloved continent”, she added .
Currently Jennifer is the first Salesforce women in tech group leader for Zimbabwe where she is mentoring women not limiting men to embrace the world of technology and join the Salesforce ecosystem. She however does not limit the group membership to individuals in Zimbabwe, but welcomes men and women from all over the world. Ndlovu shares her story with them and guides them through their salesforce career.
Jennifer is proud of her achievements, in the last 12 months she has been selected to be an official Salesforce Trailblazer Mentor. She has also been selected to be the first Salesforce Women In Technology Group Leader in Zimbabwe and nominated to be a Salesforce MVP .
Getting a high-paying remote job in a company with headquarters in Australia and a presence around the world and attributes this success to her supportive husband Ndabezinhle, parents, siblings, and members of the community group she is leading.
The Women Changing the World Awards presented by , Dr. Tererai Trent are designed to recognize the growing number of women who are leading the way in making the world a better place and inspire other women to answer the call to take action. The winners of the 2023 Women Changing the World Awards will be announced at a glamourous event in London, United Kingdom on 18 April 2023.
