Makanda expresses gratitude to his fans who supported him during his time in Zimbabwe

Former Highlanders and Dynamos forward Tinashe Makanda who has found a new home at a club in Botswana has refuted reports that advance that he was deemed excess bagagge at Harare giants Dynamos.
The former Highlanders hitman nicknamed Black Jesus struggled for game time last term in a season in which he only scored once.
Makanda expressed gratitude for the support he received from fans during his time in the country.
“I would like to thank Dynamos and Highlanders supporters for the faith they had in me, l appreciate it”, said Makanda.
The Pumula born player joins Botswana’s Nico United who are said to be looking for a prolific striker because they are so far experiencing a goal drought.
Their strikers have only scored 10 goals in 12 matches .
