Rank Marshal arrested for Attempted murder

The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) in Bulawayo have arrested Saul Ncube (34) of Nkulumane 12 surburbs in connection with an attempted murder case.
The ZRP confirmed in a statement that the incident occured in the late morning hours yesterday at Nkulumane complex, when Ncube who is a rank marshal at the terminus, had a misunderstanding with the complainant over loading of passengers.
The accused person queried why the complainant was loading passengers outside the terminus with an unregistered motor vehicle, leading to an altercation between the two.
The accused person stabbed the complainant with an Okapi knife once on the left side of the abdomen and once on the left palm.
A police report was made leading to the arrest of the accused person, and the complainant was referred to Mpilo Hospital for medical attention.
ZRP spokesperson Inspector Abedinico Ncube warned the public against carrying dangerous weapons, which remains prohibited in the country and further urged the citizens to desist from violence and encouraged them to seek help from third parties.
