President Mnangagwa Closes 21st Zanu PF Annual People’s Conference with Call for Unity, Discipline, and Development

President Emmerson Mnangagwa delivered the closing address at the 21st Zanu PF Annual People’s Conference today, urging party leaders and members to prioritize unity, discipline, and dedication to the nation’s development.
Addressing the gathering, he commended participants for their patience and commitment to the conference’s agenda, noting that their discussions had resulted in clear, actionable priorities for Zimbabwe’s future.
His Excellency President Mnangagwa stated that the discussions made in the conference serve as a political proclamation and a call to action that must be implemented timely, emphasizing the role of Zanu PF as the party of liberation and the party of the future.
He called on leaders across party structures to show unwavering loyalty to the party’s ideals, urging them to focus on the needs of their communities to ensure Zanu PF remains a strong, driving force behind Zimbabwe’s progress.
Highlighting the party’s goal of comprehensive development, President Mnangagwa stressed that today’s leaders bear the responsibility to push forward Zimbabwe’s industrial and economic transformation.
As he closed his speech, President Mnangagwa reiterated the party’s strong stance against corruption and encouraged members to strengthen their relationships within local communities.
The President concluded by congratulating the attendees on a successful conference and highlighting that with collective dedication, Zanu PF and Zimbabwe are on an unstoppable trajectory toward growth and prosperity.
