Byo to Host 2024 Pre-Budget Seminar

The Parliament of Zimbabwe will host a Pre-Budget Seminar at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) from tomorrow upto the 10th November 2024, under the theme “Building Resilience for Sustainable Economic Transformation.”
This six-day seminar is poised to play a critical role in shaping the country’s budget preparation, offering a platform for stakeholders to discuss and align their budget expectations ahead of the official budget presentation by Finance and Economic Development Minister Mthuli Ncube. The seminar aims to enhance transparency, accountability, and participatory governance.
The event underscores the government’s commitment to inclusive governance and economic resilience. By engaging various stakeholders and fostering open dialogue, Zimbabwe seeks to create a foundation for a sustainable economic future.
Pre-Budget Seminars are designed to facilitate discussions that allow stakeholders to influence and contribute to the national budget, ensuring that diverse perspectives are integrated into Zimbabwe’s economic outlook.
