Highlanders Football Club has officially announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer, Brian Moyo. This development comes as the club initiated investigations and a disciplinary process concerning allegations of corruption and misuse of club funds against him.
In a press statement, the Chairman of the Executive Committee emphasized that Highlanders FC has accepted Moyo’s resignation. However, he assured stakeholders that due process will be followed in addressing the allegations surrounding his tenure.
Chairman Mhlophe reiterated the club’s commitment to transparency and accountability, underscoring their determination to uphold integrity. He expressed this matter will be investigated and appropriate steps taken to restore trust and confidence in the club’s leadership.
