Castle Lager Premier Soccer League leaders Hardrock FC have strengthened their squad ahead of the second half of the season after signing Eswatini forwards Thubelihle Mavuso and Yekisizwe “Yeki” Khumalo.

The Kwekwe-based club officially unveiled the pair on Friday. Both players join from Nsingizini Hotspurs, the reigning MTN Premier League champions in Eswatini.

Mavuso, 24, is a versatile attacker capable of playing as a forward or attacking midfielder, while 22-year-old Khumalo is regarded as one of Eswatini’s promising young talents.

Their arrival increases the number of former Nsingizini players at Hardrock to four, following the earlier recruitment of Eswatini internationals Neliswa Dlamini and Sambulo Simelane, as the league leaders look to bolster their squad in the title race.
