The annual Mine Entra Expo, Zimbabwe’s premier mining, engineering, and transport exhibition, officially began today in Bulawayo.

This year’s event has drawn over 250 exhibitors, both local and international, who are eager to explore new opportunities in the mining sector.

Exhibitors, including prominent companies from Zimbabwe and abroad, are focused on attracting new clients, expanding their networks, and solidifying existing business relationships.

The expo, which runs until Friday, is expected to facilitate significant growth for the mining industry, with participants hoping to leverage the platform to access fresh markets and enhance their visibility.

Dr. Nicholas Ndebele, CEO of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF), reported that preparations for the event progressed smoothly, with over 200 companies confirmed as active participants. He said the Mine Entra Expo is once again set to serve as a vital networking hub for industry professionals and a key driver of economic activity in Bulawayo.
