The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has summoned Hardrock FC, the club’s Chief Executive Officer Kudzanai Hove and Dynamos FC to appear before its Disciplinary Committee following crowd disturbances that led to the abandonment of their Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match at Chahwanda Stadium on 24 May.
The two clubs have been charged with breaching PSL rules and regulations, including allegedly causing the abandonment of the match, disrupting normal proceedings, pitch invasion, acts of violence and malicious damage to property.
Hardrock FC faces an additional charge of failing to provide adequate security for the fixture.
Meanwhile, Mr Hove has been individually charged with disorderly conduct, pitch invasion and violent behaviour.
The disciplinary hearing is scheduled for today at 5:30pm at the PSL offices.
The PSL is expected to determine the appropriate sanctions after hearing submissions from all parties involved.
